Well...here goes.
I've finally taken the plunge into the blogging world, partly due to three years of nagging by university lecturers and partly because I am on semi life tilt after a horrific 1 hour session where I ran -87/100 oops.
Tbh i played quite terribly. I'm beginning to realise that attempting to fold out some 100nl grinders overpair is just not profitable....even if by the river his hand is both face up and a bluff catcher....well caught sir.
Normally I don't care, i've had enough $2k swings at 100nl to last me a lifetime and can normally brush them off.
However after recieving backing from the kind people at Badbeat i've experienced a new kind dissapointment. Suddenly poker has become less about money and more about self improvement and taking my game to the next level.
After playing like a LAG lunatic for an hour (31/25) i've come to the conclusion that playing on a short roll and like a nutter just aren't compatible.
So tommorow I aim to be the definition of a grinder, picking my spots and making sure that if i'm losing i'm running as bad as Stephen Hawkin.

I have to say I’m not your biggest fan when it comes to 100NL i think the people at bad beat should be cutting you back to 5NL TBH that’s where your lack of basic poker knowledge is probably at a break even standard. With a players who’s game relies on hitting aces 1/30 hands it’s no surprise you didn’t win 2day but we have all seen how u run (like Jesus on speed) so keep in there I'm sure u will get hands that play themselves 2moz with no thought process!!
